Return and Refund Policy 

Can I return my product? 
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will accept returns on any unused and unopened products purchased from with proof of purchase within 30 days from purchase date. We cannot process requests for exchanges or replacements for products purchased from other retail outlets.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returned items are to be borne entirely by the customer
  • Products that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We will not allow any product return or exchange once the items are open and/or used unless the product is damaged/defective.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do? 
  • Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours upon receiving the products, at if the product is defective or damaged. 
  • Please provide us with your order number and specify products you will like to have an exchange or refund. 
How to return? 
    1. Send in a picture of the damaged packaging or product 
    2. A written description of the defect
    3. Specify if you will like to have an exchange or replacement
    4. Customer service will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your product is eligible for an exchange or a replacement. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that you are responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of the product.
  • Mail the package(s) and respond to Customer Service with the tracking details.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

  •  Please email us at within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect product/s you received.
