Can I return my purchase?

Yes! Our top priority is your satisfaction. If that’s not the case, we’ll happily accept returns of unused and unopened products bought from our website within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase will be required, as we cannot process exchanges or replacement requests for products bought from other outlets. Shipping costs of returns are borne entirely by the customer, with products purchased during sales or with discount codes not eligible for returns. Returns or exchanges cannot be permitted once a product is opened and/or used unless damaged.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Don’t panic! Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product at hello@kumiskin.co, providing your order number and exchange or refund preference.

How do I return an item?

Send us a picture of the damaged packaging or product, alongside a written description of the defect. Specify your exchange or return preference so our customer service team can confirm receipt and advise. Mail your package and respond with your tracking details. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
